World Equestrian Games Ticket Contest Rules
This sweepstakes is sponsored by Kentucky Equine Research Inc. (KER, Sponsor), 3910 Delaney Ferry Rd, Versailles, KY, 40383.
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Participants must be residents of the continental United States, and must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of KER are not eligible to participate. Prizes include 10 pairs of tickets to various events at the 2010 World Equestrian Games, to be held in Lexington, Ky., September 25-October 10, 2010.
The contests will commence July 19, 2010, and conclude September 24, 2010, with drawings held weekly. All entries will be placed on a central numbered list and winners selected weekly via random number generator. Each drawing will award a pair of tickets to the recipient’s choice of event out of the available pool. KER will contact the winner directly upon being selected to coordinate which tickets will be awarded.
Winners will be sent a scanned copy of their tickets. They must bring these copies to the KER booth at the International Equestrian Festival a day in advance of the event to exchange the copy for the actual tickets. Tickets must be used for the winner and a guest (not to be given away or resold). Any unclaimed tickets are the property of KER and may be redistributed.
Entries constitute a subscription to one or both of KER’s weekly electronic publications. Entries must abide by the established Terms of Use of these publications, as well as the ker.com Privacy Policy. These subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Sponsors are not responsible for any problems with your entry, including technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable, and unavailable network or server connections, or other failures related to hardware, software or virus, or incomplete, late or misdirected entries. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and/or the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to the use of his/her voice, name, likeness, biographical information and/or photograph by Sponsor for promotional or advertising purposes in connection with the Promotion. This includes but is not limited to the sponsor’s press releases, news coverage, and social media profiles.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation or conduct of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the entry process or the operation of the web site or otherwise violating these rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion if it cannot be operated, conducted or completed as planned, for any reason.
