Hotel Registration

Embassy Suites is the official hotel and venue for Kentucky Equine Research conferences. Guests of Embassy Suites receive a made-to-order breakfast and may enjoy free cocktails each evening in the hotel lobby. You may make hotel reservations by calling 1-800-Embassy or (859) 445-5000. Be sure to mention you're with the Kentucky Equine Research conference. You must make your reservations prior to September 15th in order to receive the discounted group rate. Alternatively, you may make reservations online at www.embassy-suites.com/es/lexington. Click on the "Book a Room" link. On the following screen, enter KER in the Group Code box to receive the discount rate. Delegates booking at least 2 nights accommodation at the Embassy Suites will receive a $50 discount off of their conference registration fee. There is a limit of one registration discount per hotel room booked.

**When registering three or more from the same organization postmarked by September 15, 2004. Registrations must be received at the same time to qualify for the group discount. Registrations received after September 15, 2004 will be charged a $50 late fee.

Spouses are welcome to attend the social functions; however, if they wish to attend the lectures they must pay the regular registration fee.
