David O'Connor, president of the United States Equestrian Federation, has been honored with the 2007 Equine Industry Vision Award. O'Connor's innovation, leadership, and service, as well as his many years as a top international event rider, were considered when he was selected over six other finalists being considered for the award. Kentucky Equine Research congratulates Heritage Farm and rider Lillie Keenan on their recent domination of the USEF Pony Finals. Ten-year-old Lillie Keenan swept the pony hunter championships with Blackberry (small pony hunter), owned by Heritage Farm; Enchanted Forest (medium pony hunter), owned by Chansonette Farm; and Vanity Fair (large pony hunter), owned by Adrienne Sternlicht. Kentucky Equine Research congratulates U.S. dressage rider Chris Hickey and his mount, Regent, on their recent success at the 2007 Pan American Games.
