Eileen received her B.S. degree in animal science from the University of Kentucky and earned her MBA degree from the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky. She has enjoyed a lifelong association with horses which includes earning an A rating with the United States Pony Club and working for farms in Kentucky, Florida, and New Zealand.
