Jilanne Lange

Jilanne earned a degree in equine science from Michigan State University. She has been employed in Kentucky’s horse industry for the last several years. Her riding background includes showing in Western Pleasure classes, and she is also experienced in breaking and training young horses. When she’s not working with her two-year-old Paint gelding, Jilanne enjoys running, hiking, and downhill skiing. As manager of the research barn, she oversees daily care of the research horses and facilities as well as carrying out study protocols and recording data.
