Joanne graduated with an associate diploma in rural business administration from Orange Agricultural College in 1991. Since then she has worked in South Australia as administration manager for an agricultural management company and also a large winery in the Clare Valley. She has joined KER Australasia to manage the accounting, purchasing, export, and administration roles in the Melbourne office. Joanne has a great interest in all areas of horse sports and breeding and has competed in show jumping, eventing, and dressage. She also worked with a small Welsh stud showing ponies in hand. She currently has a part-bred Cleveland Bay mare and a Warmblood gelding that she regularly competes.
