Nicola Crowley came to KER from her home in Liverpool, England after earning a degree in equine science from Hartpury College. After a year as a research intern, during which she worked hands-on with KER’s herd of research horses, Nicola accepted the position of research fellow. She still assists directly with studies by handling horses and collecting data, but has also assumed expanded duties such as conducting nutrition evaluations and drafting reports. When she’s not in the office, Nicola cares for her own horses, training and showing them in jumper, dressage, and eventing competitions.
